Dr Gaurav Luthra, an internationally renowned eye surgeon is Director, Drishti Eye Institute & specializes in advanced Cataract & Laser Refractive Eye Surgery. He is an alumnus of Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi.

Dr Luthra is regularly invited to teach by the American Society of Cataract Refractive Surgeons, European Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgeons and World Ophthalmology Congress, besides several national societies. He has successfully performed over 50 live surgery workshops demonstrating latest surgical techniques around the world. Dr Luthra has been honored by the prestigious IIRSI-JOS Gold Medal by the Jaipur Ophthalmological Society during the 5th Annual Conference of Jaipur Ophthalmological Society & Intraocular Implant & Refractive Society - 2016, Subodh Agarwal Gold Medal at IIRSI Annual Conference - 2013 for exemplary work in Cataract & Refractive surgery, Mohan Lal Gold Medal for Best Scientific Paper at UPSOS Annual Conference - 2002, to name a few. He has won numerous awards and at present holds prominent positions in the most prestigious Ophthalmological societies
